TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions apply to all shop purchases made by you, the customer, from us, Ultrasun AG. Ultrasun is the trading name of Ultrasun AG and Ultrasun Deutschland GmbH. By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale. Ultrasun AG has the right to revise these terms and conditions including prices. We also have the right to decline service to any individual customer. 2. PRICES
The prices on our website are in CHF for deliveries within Switzerland and in EUR for all other destinations. All prices include VAT.

3. POSTAGE
For deliveries within Switzerland you will be charged with CHF 10.00 for post tax and handling.
For deliveries within Germany you will be charged with EUR 7.50 for post tax and handling.
For deliveries within Europe you will be charged with EUR 10.50 for post tax and handling.
For deliveries to other countries you will be charged with EUR 20.00 for post tax and handling.

4. ORDERING
You may order 24 hours a day on our website. By sending the order it becomes legally binding. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your order are correct and that you have the necessary credit limits and/or authority to use the credit card you present to us.

5. CREDIT CARDS
We accept MasterCard and Visa. For Switzerland additionally Post Card. You agree when placing your order that Ultrasun AG charges your account with the amount of your order. The amount will be deducted directly after the ordering process.  

6. SAFETY of DATA
All data you transfer to Ultrasun AG is protected by the used SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Any information provided by you is stored in a secure database at our location. We will not pass over any information to third parties. Ultrasun AG commits itself to preserve the legal determination of data safety, especially also the security of telecommunication. Personified data could be used for special advertising activities. The customer could reject this anytime by mail, fax or email to Ultrasun AG.

7. DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch our products to you not later than 2 working days after receiving your order. Products that are dispatched by our nominated carrier will require a valid signature as proof of delivery. Please make sure to indicate your daytime phone no. in case the carrier has not been able to reach you at the indicated address.

8. CANCELLATION
You have a right to cancel your order within 5 days after the goods have been delivered to you. You must return the goods to the sender address in the same condition as they arrived at your cost for a full refund of the product cost. We cannot refund the postage costs.

9. RETURNS
The products have left our warehouse in perfect condition. If nevertheless the goods should be faulty or damaged, we apologise and kindly ask you to send them back to the sender address at our costs. We will immediately provide a substitute.

10. SAFETY DISCLAIMER
For your own safety we recommend that you read carefully all information printed either on the packaging, or in any leaflet that may be included in the product.
