- For orders and supplies within Continental Europe the prices in EUR apply plus 5.00 EUR to packing and postage.
- For orders and supplies to overseas the prices in EUR apply plus 8.00 EUR to packing and postage.

GENERAL SELLING CONDITIONS

GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from us, ultrasun. ultrasun is the trading name of Ultrasun AG, Ultrasun Deutschland GmbH and Graphters (Ultrasun UK Ltd). By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale. ultrasun have the right to revise these terms and conditions including prices. We also have the right to decline service to any individual customer. Our head office address is Ultrasun AG, Bühlstrasse 1, CH-8125 Zollikerberg/Switzerland

1. PRICES
Prices on our website are in GBP for deliveries within UK and in EUR for all other destinations. All prices include VAT.

2. POSTAGE
Deliveries within UK include postage. Deliveries in Continental Europe are charged with EUR 5.-, for Overseas deliveries we charge EUR 8.- per order.

3. ORDERING
You may order 24 hours a day on our website. By sending the order it becomes legally binding. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your order are correct and that you have the necessary credit limits and/or authority to use the credit card you present to us.

4. CREDIT CARDS
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa and Maestro Domestic. You agree that ultrasun charge your account with the amount of your order.

5. SAFETY of DATAS
All data you transfer to ultrasun are protected by the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Any information provided by you is stored in a secure database at our location. We will not pass over any information to third parties. Ultrasun commit itself to preserve the legal determination of data safety, especially also the security of telecommunication. Personified data could be use for special advertising activities. The customer could reject this anytime by mail, fax or e-mail to Ultrasun AG.

6. DELIVERY
We aim to despatch our products to you not later than 2 working days after receiving your order. Products that are dispatched by our nominated carrier will require a valid signature as proof of delivery. Please make sure to give your daytime phone no. in case the carrier has not been able to reach you at the indicated address.

7. CANCELLATION
You have a right to cancel your order within 5 days after the goods have been delivered to you. You must return the goods in the same condition as they arrived at your cost for a full refund of the product cost. We cannot refund the postage costs.

8. RETURNS
The products have left our warehouse in perfect condition. If nevertheless the goods should be faulty or damaged, we apologise and kindly ask you to send them back at our costs. We will immediately provide a substitute.

For your own safety we recommend that you read carefully all information printed either on the packaging, or in any leaflet that may be included in the product.
